He was in the beginning with God. All things came to be through him, and without him nothing came to be.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>What came to be through him was life, and this life was the light of the human race; the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. A man named John was sent from God. He came for testimony, to testify to the light, so that all might believe through him. He was not the light, but came to testify to the light. The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world came to be through him, but the world did not know him. He came to what was his own, but his own people did not accept him. But to those who did accept him he gave power to become children of God, to those who believe in his name, who were born not by natural generation nor by human choice nor by a man\u2019s decision but of God. And the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us, and we saw his glory, the glory as of the Father\u2019s only Son, full of grace and truth.<\/em> (John 1:14)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How beautiful is the prelude to the Gospel of St. John. The essence of salvation summarized in fourteen verses. The disappointments of the past and hope for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For over a Millenia, it was recited at the end of every Holy Mass, reminding Catholics all over the world that they are chosen by God to participate in the salvation of all humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our part in this mission was revealed in Fatima enclosed in the words: <strong>\u201cMy God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee. In order to save them, <a><\/a><a>God wishes to establish in the world devotion<\/a> to my Immaculate Heart\u2026He [God] is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. To prevent it, I<\/em> <em>have<\/em> <em>come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of reparation on the first Saturdays.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fatima Apparitions are approved by the Catholic Church and endorsed by the Holy See; they do not contradict the Holy Bible or Apostolic Tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pope St. John Paul II in his 1982 address in Fatima:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cConsecrating the world to the Immaculate Heart of the Mother means returning beneath the cross of the Son. It means consecrating this world to the pierced heart of the Savior, bringing it back to the very source of its redemption\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u2026 Let us offer ourselves to God, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in the act of thanks and willingness; let us offer our sacrifices in union with Christ the Redeemer and, with our souls in prayer of atonement and conciliation, let us repeat: Lord Jesus, it is love of you, in reparation for sins and for the conversion of sinners.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pope St. John Paul II consecrated Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the Solemnity of the Annunciation on March 25th, 1984.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pope Benedict XVI in his 2010 visit to Fatima:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn sacred Scripture we often find that God seeks righteous men and women in order to save the city of man and he does the same here, in Fatima, when Our Lady asks: \u2018Do you want to offer yourselves to God, to endure all the sufferings which he will send you, in an act of reparation for the sins by which he is offended and of supplication for the conversion of sinners?\u2019 (<em>quoting the Memoirs of Sister L\u00facia<\/em>, I, 162).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pope Francis also consecrated Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on March 25th, 2022. His prayer included not only Russia and Ukraine, but all of humanity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So why has the conversion of Russia not happened? Why does Communism continue to spread throughout the world? Why are Socialist politicians winning elections even here in the USA?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We the faithful have not done our part!<\/strong> The Blessed Virgin Mary asked the children of Fatima to pray the Rosary, and on June 13th, 1917, told them: \u201c<em>Jesus wishes to use you to make me better known and loved. He wishes to <strong><u>establish<\/u><\/strong> in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart.\u201d<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having neglected the Fatima apparitions, millions have been slaughtered, millions have suffered, and millions of souls have gone to Hell. For over 100 years the Immaculate Heart of Mary has bled over every lost soul. On December 10th, 1925, the Virgin Mary appeared to Sister Lucia. <strong><em>By Her side, elevated on a luminous cloud, was the Child Jesus.<\/em><\/strong> According to Lucia, Mary again requested the institution of the Devotion of the First Saturdays in reparation to Her Immaculate Heart, while the Child Jesus had this to say to Sr. Lucia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>&#8220;Have pity on the Heart of your Most Holy Mother which is covered with thorns with which ingrate men pierce it at every moment with no one to make an act of reparation to pull them out.&#8221;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why organize this Devotion in your parish?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While this devotion can be practiced alone, Our Lord said in Mathew 18:20 <strong>\u201c<em>For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Therefore, it is preferable to follow this devotion as a parish group. <em><\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Since \u201cGod wishes to <strong>establish<\/strong> in the world devotion\u201d to the Immaculate Heart of Mary,the way to fulfill His wish and maintain it into the future is to bind it to the monthly cycle in parish life.<\/em> It can be even be organized around a Vigil Mass on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, The Virgin Mary promised to assist at the hour of death with the grace necessary for salvation all who, with the intention of making reparation to Her, practice the following devotion on the first Saturday of five consecutive months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to practice this Devotion?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Confession up to 8 days before the First Saturday with the intention of reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive Holy Communion, offering up the benefits thereof in reparation for offenses against the Immaculate Heart. (Attending Mass is not required if you are unable to)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recite five decades of the Holy Rosary, including the Fatima prayer after each decade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep Our Lady company for fifteen minutes while meditating with Her on the mysteries of the Rosary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What prayers are most suitable to open and close this Devotion?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the spring of 1916, three shepherd children reported apparitions of <em>the Angel of Peace. Kneeling down, he bowed his head all the way to the ground and made them repeat three times:<\/em> <em>\u201c<\/em><strong><em>My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee. I ask Thee forgiveness for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love Thee.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em><\/em><\/strong>Then rising he said, <em>\u201cPray like this.
