We’ve attached copies of a letter sent to the Bishops of Minnesota, and a letter sent solely to the Archbishop of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Most Reverend Bernard A. Hebda
Archbishop of St. Paul and Minneapolis
July 18, 2023
Excellency,
One day, I will face our Lord and He may say; I gave you life, I gave you talents, I gave you the world, and I gave you opportunities to serve Me. I purchased this world and you with my own blood, with the blood of my Apostles and Saints. What have you done to become worthy to reside in Our company?
With this vision in my mind, I feel obligated inform your Excellency about the 2023 MN legislative session which ended on May 22.
Pope Pius XI released his Encyclical Divini Redemptoris on March 19th, 1937, describing the satanic character of Communism. This document describes how Communism rejects the sacred character of human life; robs parents of their right to educate their children; negates private property rights and “removes all moral restraints that check the eruption of blind impulse.” To achieve these goals, Pope Pius XI stated that Communists will use the government.
Some believe that the Communist agenda died with the collapse of the Soviet Union, but recent legislation passed through the Minnesota Congress and signed into law by Governor Walz proves it’s alive and kicking.
The role of the Government is to protect our God-given rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Instead, the following bills became law.
1. HF 1 / SF 1 and HF 366 / SF 165 – these provide taxpayer financing and legal protection for Abortion.
2. HF 28 / SF 26 – Reinstates voting privileges for over 55,000 criminals before their sentences have ended. (Apparently the wellbeing of criminals is more important than children)
3. HF 146 / SF 63 – Allows the government to mutilate children without parental consent.
4. HF 16 / SF 23 – Bans providing therapy to avoid hormonal and surgical treatment, and bans therapy to reduce sexual or romantic feelings towards individuals of the same gender.
5. HF 100 / SF 73 – Legalized recreational Marijuana to diminish the value of human life further.
6. HF 14 / SF 1116 – Adds registration requirements for private firearm transfers
7. HF 15 / SF 1117 – Allows the state to confiscate firearms without due process under the law, crippling people’s ability to protect their lives and property.
8. HF 7 / SF 4 – encroaches on citizen’s right to act on their property under the pretext of protecting the climate. It requires 80% “carbon-free” energy production for the state by 2030 and full elimination by 2040. Nuclear energy is conveniently excluded.
9. HF 31 / SF 25 – Companies earning less than 27 million dollars over three years are required to amend their Minnesota tax returns from previous years and pay additional taxes.
10. HF 19 / SF 34 – Requires employers to pay workers for short-term absences. Employees will be eligible after working for two weeks and would accrue one hour of sick time per 30 hours worked. This encroaches on the freedom of private contracts between employers and employees.
11. HF 2 / SF 2 – Provides up to 20 weeks of paid family and medical leave annually. Employers and employees will contribute to a state fund to support the “Family and Medical Benefit Insurance Division of the Department of Employment and Economic Development.”
12. HF 6 / SF 6 – Prevents companies from raising prices when supplies are limited. To survive economic pressures companies must adjust prices to meet the market’s supply.
13. HF 37 / SF 44 – Prohibits discrimination based on hairstyles. Employers are required to adapt and enforce this.
14. HF 3 / SF 3 – Individuals 16 and older will be registered to vote automatically. Additionally, the Attorney General (Keith Ellison) has the power to sue citizens for what he deems as “false speech” and prevents corporate political donations at his discretion.
15. HF 686 / SF 2734 – The police can track a vehicle via GPS without the owner’s permission.
Some of these bills may appear harmless, but they all have one thing in common. They are corrupting people’s hearts and minds. They reflect laws passed 90 years ago in Nazi Germany, when Adolf Hitler had risen to power. To Hitler, human life, dignity, and property were insignificant – and they don’t matter to Tim Walz and the Democrats either.
In 1929, ten years before WWII, our Lady appeared to Sister Lucia of Fatima and asked for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart, and for Communion reparations via First Saturday devotions. Sadly, Pope Pius XI did not act on this apparition. Millions suffered and died, millions more endure torment in hell.
In our current situation, Consecrating Minnesota to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the first Saturday of the month, accompanied by First Saturday devotions, is the only peaceful solution. But first Catholics in Minnesota must learn what really happened at the Capitol in the last session and understand the seriousness of the situation.
“Be shrewd as serpents and simple as doves.”
In fighting against this storm of evil and defending one’s country, as mandated by the Catechism of the Catholic Church in point 2240, it is important to protect our bishops, priests and church officials from persecution, which can be done using a third party.
In point 64 of the Encyclical Divini Redemptoris, Pope Pius XI states: “We extend our paternal invitation to our beloved sons among the laity” and in point 65 states: “They will be an invaluable aid to the priest in carrying the torch of truth.”
In every parish there are faithful people who will happily place, in secret, educational materials on cars parked around the church during the Mass.
Yours Truly in Christ,
XXX
