In 1917 Our Lady appeared in Fatima. On July 13 She said; “He [God] is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. To prevent it, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of reparation on the first Saturdays.“
The Virgin Mary revealed how to practice this Devotion on December 10th, 1925, when She appeared to Sister Lucia. By Her side, elevated on a luminous cloud, was the Child Jesus. According to Lucia, Mary again requested the institution of the Devotion of the First Saturdays in reparation to Her Immaculate Heart.
Holy father, we Catholics are “children of God, and if children then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if only we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with Him.” (Romans 8:17) As such, we are obligated to satisfy God’s justice and to seek His mercy and conversion for “those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love Him.” (Prayer taught by an angel to the visionaries at Fatima)
On March 25th, 2022, Pope Francis, in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, united all the Bishops and Catholic faithful around the world to consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Today, three years later, people are still dying and the souls of poor sinners descend into hell in great numbers. But we have it in our power to stay the wrath of God. Our Lady has shown us the way. So, we implore Your Holiness to please finish what Pope Francis began, and in accord with the will of God establish as a universal norm in the Catholic Church the Communion of reparation on first Saturdays – The First Saturday Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Since God wishes to establish in the world this devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the surest way to fulfill His wish and perpetuate it into the future is to bind it to the monthly cycle in every parish on the globe.
As the Vicar of Christ, only Your Holiness can make this a reality. We beseech you to issue a motu proprio directing bishops throughout the world to take steps to implement The First Saturday Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in their parishes.
It would be also beneficial for both the living and the dead if a plenary indulgence was attached to this devotion.
